After moving to Australia from the UK, Janice became an advocate for Australia’s unique landscapes, flora and fauna. She was a Coordinator with WIRES (NSW Wildlife Information and Rescue Service) which provided a springboard for her broader environmental work.
After moving to Tasmania, Janice gained a Masters in Environmental Planning from the University of Tasmania. As an experienced project manager, she has worked with landholders across the State to improve farm biodiversity for production and conservation outcomes and has a particular interest in our freshwater ecosystems
