WWF, WTF?

Australian Ethical Investments has sold its Tassal shares because of Tassal's unsustainable practices.

It’s time for WWF to make the long-overdue decision to stop supporting Tassal. This is a company that has turned its largest lease in Macquarie Harbour into a dead zone, where salmon experience sub-lethal and lethal stresses and damage has spread into a World Heritage Area.

Sign our petition below to tell WWF to publicly end its contract with Tassal.

People do have the power to bring greedy irresponsible companies down who through their greed rob us of our freedom to enjoy our beautiful world and keep it that way for generations to come. Corporate dominance needs to wake up to the reality that there will be no use acquiring more wealth if there is no world left to enjoy it. Stop raping and destroying your and our home.

I never buy Tassal – I totally reject their business ethics – poisoning the environment and any poor person who eats this stuff. It can’t be good to eat when it poisons the very water it lives in or the sea bed underneath the “cages”.

Demand retailers sell brands other than Tassal… like Huon Aquaculture for example. Tassal lie and show no moral fortitude
