    Join Environment Tasmania and MC Brian Ritchie for a celebration of our island’s beautiful and diverse underwater world. Celebrity chef, Kylie Kwong, with three of our finest local chefs, will prepare a four course dinner, incorporating local, sustainably caught seafood from Mark Eather, to raise funds for Environment Tasmania's marine conservation program.
